  1. The last time I cooked for friends and colleagues was in Berlin. Traveling from Bari I had some free time and I decided to buy a type of handmade pasta, truly traditional in many southern regions: “orecchiette”. So having arrived in Berlin and taking advantage of the kitchen that the partners have in the office, I prepared lunch for everyone, a simple and delicious (so those who tasted it said) dish of orecchiette with tomato and basil. For me it was a beautiful moment of sharing and discussion in which we finally talked about our traditions and ourselves and how much we have in common.

  2. I use to cook to my friends, they enjoy my meals, and enjoy to cook for them! The last time I did that, it was easy: a barbecue!

  3. The last time I cooked for friends, I made flambéed bananas to impress them. Unfortunately, I must have put too much rum in my pan when I lit the fire. The flame was too big and burnt some of my hair.
    Moral of the story: be careful with quantities! 🔥
